My birthday is in a couple weeks, and I’ll be 26. Most people I follow are much younger than 20, and while these guys are all awesome, it would be nice to follow people closer to my age as well

like seriously too much food when into my mouth today better luck tomorrow. I need to stop eating when i bored.. uuughhh
And I didnt die!!!! I have asthma so its really hard for me to get up the courage to run because im always afraid i will pass out somewhere from not being able to run. But I wanted to try it to see how it would be. My Hubby just bought be running shoes for encouragement and today I tried it. I did a ten min speed walking warm up and then i just went for it I ran for about 45 sec then walked for about a min because when you have asthma you have to bring your heart rate down for a longer period of time than normal ppl. so i did the whole 45 to 60 sec run and 60 sec to 1min 15 sec walk for about 45 min. I am so proud of myself. Im always scared to run because I hate asthma attacks they hurt so bad. Then I came in the house and did some butt exercises and now my workout is done. Yay me I cant wait to tell my hubby when he calls. If anyone has any workout accomplishments I would love to hear them we can encourage each other
